Real Support for Denver's Most Underserved Communities

Sabuni Social Services is a nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado, serving underserved immigrants, refugees, and low-income families across Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, and Centennial. We work directly with immigrants, refugees, low-income families, and anyone facing barriers to essential services — providing case management, resource navigation, language access, civic engagement, and immigrant integration support. Our staff is multilingual, culturally grounded, and deeply connected to the communities we serve. Whether you need help applying for benefits, finding housing, preparing for a job interview, or simply understanding how systems in the U.S. work, we are here — in person and remotely.

Removing Barriers. Restoring Dignity. Building Stronger Communities.

Too many people in our communities cannot access the services they are entitled to — not because help doesn't exist, but because the barriers are real: language, paperwork, unfamiliar systems, and a lack of someone who truly understands. Sabuni Social Services exists to change that. Our mission is to support underserved communities — especially immigrants, refugees, and low-income families — in achieving stability, self-sufficiency, and meaningful participation in society. Every service we provide is built around one question: what does this person actually need to move forward? We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means our work is accountable to our community, not to a profit margin.

We Know These Communities Because We Are Part of Them

Many organizations provide services to immigrant and refugee communities. Few are genuinely rooted in them. At Sabuni Social Services, our staff brings lived experience with immigration, cultural transition, and the very systems our clients are trying to navigate. That means faster trust, fewer misunderstandings, and support that actually fits each person's reality. We don't hand you a pamphlet — we walk through the process with you. We speak your language, understand your background, and know the local resources across the Denver metro area well enough to make introductions that lead somewhere. Clients come back to us — and refer their neighbors — because the support they received here made a measurable difference in their lives.
